What color eye liner would look best with light brown eyes and dark blonde hair, with tan skin?

Normally i use normal black eyeliner, but i've found that it darkens my eyes. I would much rather use a color that will brighten my eye color, and make my eyes pop. Thanks (:What color eye liner would look best with light brown eyes and dark blonde hair, with tan skin?

I'd say a gold colour, but if you want to be more casual then a light brown.
