I have used a liqiud eyeliner from new look once which wasn't supposed to slide, but it did and went in my eye. And the pencil ones never seem to work on me either...Where can you get the best eye liner,,,,especially for beginners....??
then use maybellines eyeliner its not liquid and its not an eyeliner. its really good i have used it since i began wearing eyeliner. or try another liquid eyeliner maybe the one you used wasnt the bestWhere can you get the best eye liner,,,,especially for beginners....??
