Whats the Best Eye liner? you can buy at drug stores and what makes brown eyes pops?

Does anyone know a good liquid eye liner, you can buy at walmart? besides covergirl there eyeliner sucks.i would perfer something waterproof or atleast stays on most of the day. The maybelline liquid liner is pretty good. you can get it in waterproof too. Also, purple is a really good colour for brown eyes. Try getting the Almay brown eyes trio, you can get that at walmart as well.
brown eyeliner will blend in with your eyes so you dont want that. any other color will work. gold eyeshadow on the inner corner of your eyes really makes any eye color pop.
