I use to wear mayblien but its not working for me anymore.So i used Elizabeth Arden but thats one gets messy and comes off fast. ]=Whats the best eye liner to use?

liquid liner does not smear but it takes alot of practice and more often than not can come off changing the shape of the way your eyes appear

Cover Girl Outlast Smoothwear All-Day Eyeliner (runs about $7-$10) - Not as good as the Bobbi Brown liner, but is a good, cheaper alternative.
Smashbox jetset waterproof black will NOT come off til you want it too. It's greaaat! feels good too. is easy to put on. one little tub last a long time too. keep it closed when not in use. i love the stuff %26amp;I've used a LOT of different products!
I would try a pencil eyeliner. They are alot easier and less messy than liquid eyeliner. Any brand makes them!
i know it's weird, but Mega Liner liquid eyeliner from Wet n Wild! it is NOT tested on animals and it stays on GREAT!
