What eye liner is best to use?

I have been using the Maybeline pencil but that has recently started to make my eyes constantly water, what is a better one to use which wont make my eyes water?What eye liner is best to use?
The best eyeliner is the pencil, but dont buy the cheap ones, buy the nice ones, ask the cashier if its the best one, dont just buy the cutest kind.What eye liner is best to use?
Liquid eyeliner for sure.


Doesnt matter whose it is.. either if its cover girls or just some cheap stuff from the dollar store.


It works the best because pencil eyeliner gets all smudgy when you sweat, and it's gross.
