Maybe Mayebeline or Covergirl or sometimes the .99 eyeliners work better than the more expensive one try wet n wild i have alot of eyeliners from them and the never smudge or melt.
try covergirl. clinique too. i dont know why dior and mac doesnt work for you, because it should.
liquid eye liner. actually works really good.
