What do you think is the best eye liner??

I am looking for a good black eye liner I can wear everyday. The one I have now, doesn't go on good, and it fades. So what is the best in your opinion and how much does it cost??

i had that problem too.right now im using almay and i really like it.What do you think is the best eye liner??
dont get a pencil eyeliner. those seem to wear off. get a gel. or liquid.
there is a nice one that i love that has a chiseled tip... its great... and to look wide awake when you are up you can use the chisel tip and from the center of your eye lid to the corner going away from your nose you make a thick line that is slightly angled... and you make a thin line from the corner of your eye at the nose to the thicker line you made... it helps you look more awake... hope it helped...
