What is the best jet balck eye liner (pencil not liquid)?

I use liquid for top, but for the bottom I usse black wetnwild, it is horrible. I need the name of a jet black eyliner for the bottom.What is the best jet balck eye liner (pencil not liquid)?
wet~n~wild, its a a pencil that you have to sharpen and it stays on all day. I use it and I put it on in the morning and only have to reapply it a little at lunch. You can buy it at CVS or any drug store.

there's a liner from Covergirl and it works wonders. It's not an actual pencil, but it's a softer stick...not as finicky as liquid is and doesn't need dry time.





It comes in a twist up stick with a smudger on the end. It's my favorite liner besides the 98cent ones from NYC (which work wonders as well if you're on a budget.)
i use L'OREAL Paris Pencil Perfect in Ebony. It's self advancing so you don't have to sharpen it either. It's great and it's about 10 dollars. you can get it at most drug stores

revlon colorstay is good, but if you can't get that go for any good kohl liner-- theyre a bit greasy but all the pigment means they go on really black.
it depends on what u think is best. when u go to a store with makeup ask them and they can help you out.
