What is the best eye-liner to use?

I use the crayon kind. no pencil or liquid. But which brand is the best to use that stays on good? (At wal-mart or some store like that)

Also, I've been told not to put eye-liner in the inner part of my lower lid because of my contact lens. Well then how do you put it?What is the best eye-liner to use?
revlon colorstay...amazing! it doesnt run at all.

DONT LISTEN TO ANYBODY EXEPT ME!!!! I PROMISE!!!! http://maybelline.com/Product/Eye/EyeLin鈥?/a>
There are eyeliners made for contact wearers. You can use any eyeshadow, wet a stiff straight brush (eye liner brush) and use that as an eyeliner or get the kind in a cream form. I use smashbox eyeliners.
Well, i use the easy applicator that itsn't a pencil or crayon. Mine is this:

Its easy to use, cheap, and stays on four hours without any smudging. Apply the liner along the lower lash line naturally.
mac for sure.

but at a place like wal mart umm i would have to say cover girl

i wear contacts and i put my make up on before so i dont irritate the contact.

so you can still put it their but put in on before.

if not put in right under your lash line on the bottom really close to your lashes.
