Any eye liner/mascara tips?

how do u keep it from smudging...

and look naturalAny eye liner/mascara tips?
water proof eyeliner and mascara. i like the sephora brand waterproof eyeliner, but i usually use my N.Y.C. water proof eyeliner, (alot less costly). I love maybelline great lash mascara, its green and pink and in everyones purse. i like to use there motto ';maybe she is born with it or maybe its maybelline'; lol There is such a big difference in my eyes when i use it.Any eye liner/mascara tips?
don't rub your eyes.
Use an eye primer like Urban Decay Primer Potion http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a> it stops the oils in your skin from breaking down your eye makeup and smearing it. I apply it on the top and bottom of my eyes. Use a natural toned liner like bronze, it is softer than black and even brown, so it adds definition without being so harsh.
alrighttt well im in school for this also and,

eyeliner-- apply some only half way on the bottom of the eye- make your eyes seem bigger and you wont get a bunch of eye buggers. also apply it on top. to make it not smear well that all just depends on what brand you use, where you are and what you do each day. i use bed head that is the best professional makeup line you can buy at a decent amout of money.

Mascara- buy bed head. and only apply this on the top lashes and will eventually get to the bottom but to much makes it messy. and after you apply comb them threw so you have an even amount and its less likely to make your eyes all messy.

if lets say your eyes itch, instead of using you finger or hand to itch them, use a tissue or a napkin and just press lighty. for one it will get any make up that would come down with your hand but wont get under your eyes it will go to the tissue. and also get a waterproof stuff if anything.

but it mostly just depends on how and what you do.
I just use eyliner on the insides of my eyes top and bottom. makes the eyes pop and doesnt smear easily. i love mac eyliner goes on perfect! also use water proof and dont touch your eyes practice makes perfect good luck
Use waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It lasts awhile.
Practice makes perfect!

I buy Mac black eyeliner, the rolly kind,. It never smudges and it is only 15.00. Plus it lasts forever. The get waterproof and smudgeproof mascara.

Use a liquid eyeliner on your eyelid as it wont budge without make up remover as for mascarra spend a bit of money on a decent one as its worth it. The best one for on a budget is rimmels new one... its got a curved brush which means you get all your eyelashes! Maybe try a waterproof one if you really want it to stay put.

Buy some eyelash curlers .... and always always curl them before applying any mascarra as ... if you dont a) it will break ur lashes b) it can make your mascarra flake off during the day!

To keep it looking natural dont over do the mascarra on your bottom eyelashes just a light coating ... overdo it and your likely to smudge it or it will clump! and if you want to keep in natural dont put eyeliner on the inside or underneath your eye as it will look to done up ... a little on your eyelid will add definition :)

Get yourself a good highlighter No7 is good and a mattifying make up base ... again No7 apply to your face then add a sweep of bronzer and you will look natural and glowing in next to know time ... just keep practising with eyeliner :)

Good luck x
it took me years to figure this out (no one told me! I had to fig it on my own!)

for eyeliner to look natural wear dark brown or grey, or just minimal black.

to keep from smudging, on the top lid try a liquid liner, they dont smudge as easy as pencil, also waterproof liquid liners stay on longer. For a natural look you will want to draw a thin line, this may take some practice!

and for the bottom lid, check out eyeslipsface.com and look at their eyeliner brush, its really inexpensive and if you use it to apply powder liner (I use eyeshadow for this) it WILL NOT smudge like pencil does, for me at least!

Also on the bottom lid you will want to either use a slightly lighter color than the top, or same color is just fine, but use less than you would if applying a lighter color.

Natural mascara can either be dark brown or black, I use black. Try MAX FActor 2000 calorie mascara, it goes on without clumps and adds super volume!
you will want to wear waterproof and wear it thinner (for eyeliner) and lighter (for mascara) and top it off with a sealer.

it will give you a natural look and stay put.

Light Mascara:

Keep it light weight and minimal!
To keep it from smudging, try buying a smudge-proof or water-proof type.

For eyeliner, Revlon ColorStay works really well.

For mascara, Maybelline Great Lash is affordable and reliable.

To make it look natural, experiment with different shades of color and ways of applying it...you're sure to find something that you like. =]
use a gel or cream eyeliner... like MAC fluidline, Stila smudgpots or L'Oreal HIP Cream liner pot

also put on a thin layer of mascara.. then curl your lashes with a metal eyelash curler that you previously heated with a lighter until WARM, not hot... curl lashes at the base of the lashes and then apply another coat to lock it in.
practice!!!!
