THE BLACK MASCARA WOULD MAKE YOUR LASHES LOOK BOLD AND LONG AND THE BROWN EYE LINER WOULD MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'RE NOT WEARING ANY EYE LINER AT ALL BUT WILL GIVE YOUR EYES A LITTLE POP AND WOULD MAKE IT SEEM BRIGHTER IN A WAY AND A NEUTRAL LOOK.Can i wear black mascara with brown eye liner?

Of course! Black and brown are great contrasts. The mascara will be big and bold, but the liner will tone it down. Never be afraid to mix and match, if you like it, wear it... or apply it i guess!
