MAxfactor False Lash Effect Waterproof. Amazing effect %26amp; incredible lasting power :D Including dunking my head in apple bobbing and having a bath (it is a pain to remove though!!).
As for waterproof eyeliner, try sleek gel pots and they work fine for me or applying a primer (urban decay) underneath. Rimmels waterproof pencil is quite good as well (didn't budge after having a weep).

the lashblast waterproof formula is ok, it leaves a slight mark but it's gone with a swipe of the finger
