I'm using a new mascara by Mabeline that's in an Orange tube. I like the way it makes my eyelashes longer, and mine are short too. :-)
I prefer Mabeline over any other makeup in general.
Lipsticks, I like Avon, Mabeline, Revlon, Max Factor. If you want a lipstick to stay on longer, get a Matt Finish one. They stay on a lot longer than the glossy ones.
Eyeliners....well we're all out of luck there...there's not one that won't smudge. Just make sure you keep your hands away from your face after you put your makeup on. And if you happen to cry, or it rains, get a Q-Tip and dab the smudgy part off. Or get a tissue and lightly dab.
Eyeshadow...again..Mabeline. I love that brand of makeup! It always works for me. And too...it all depends on how you put your base on. That will determine how effective your eyeshadow and blush are. Right now, I use a base, along with the Mineral Powder makeup (powder with a brush), to go over it. You can also use this powder without the liquid base, but I find the liquid base helps my face look smoother and younger, along with the powder over it. Make sure when you put on liquid base, that you put it on lightly and make sure it is blended in very well. Then apply the powder. Then apply the rest of your makeup.
Hope this helps. :-)Mascara, Eye liner, Eye Shadow, Lipstick, any great brands?
Mascara
I love Loreal Telescopic for length and definition. I have short sparse eyelashes - you would not think so wearing this mascara.
Eyeliner
Here are a few pencil eyeliners that are said to last without smudging and have had good reviews; If you are on a small budget you could try the cheapest first and work up the price range if not satisfied.
Revlon colour stay
Barry M,
L'oreal HIP (high impact pigment) eyeliner pencil
Urban Decay 24/7
Urban Decay and Revlon seem to be popular.
Lipstick
Loreal Infallible is said to last for hours
Max Factor Lipfinity
Almay Truly Lasting Lip color
Maybelline Superstay 16 hour Color and Conditioning Balm
Eyeshadow
Use an eyeshadow primer - Urban Decay Primer Potion, is said to make even the cheapest eyeshadow last without creasing - pricey though but will last an age.
The mascara I love is make it Big by mark. You will have to order it online off of Avon.com. My favorite eyeliner is Almay 16 hour eyeliner which you can find at Walmart. Hip Pigments are a really good eyeshadow.
eyeliner: este lauder works wonders
mascara: artistry is a really nice one
and lash blast (orange tube)
idk about lipstick
eyeshadow: maybelline or covergirl
Mascara: Try a Dark Volumizing Mascara that might clump then curl your eyelashes. Next put on a coat of Define- A- Lash and curl one more time, it makes your eyelashes look longer and fuller. The Define-A-Lash separates the clumps. It looks like this:

Eyeliner: Apply a very very thin line of liquid eyeliner on the bottom of the eye. Then on the part that is closest to your eyeball, apply Maybelline Define-A-Line eyeliner in black. It will make your eyes look smokey. It looks like this:

Eyeshadow: Here is an eyeshadow style that is very popular. Take a dark brown, black or blue and apply it to the outside corner of your lid, then take a lighter white or shimmery gray and apply it to the inside corner of your lid, blend together with the other color and Voile! Your eyes are beautiful! It looks like this:

Hope this helps!
Maybelline define a lash is a really good mascara, lengthens and doesn't clump, also comes in brown or black
GOSH eyeliner is amazing, smooth and velvety, ans is waterproof so literally won't budge until you take it off. its dark too and comes in lots of different colours. very good quality
urban decay, barry m,MAC, all have very bright long lasting colours
also, an eyeshadow base might be what you're looking for to help your colours stick/pop especially if you have oily eyelids. it helps them to not crease ans stay on until you take them off. i would recommend urban decay primer potion or too faced shadow insurance.
MAC shadesticks, paint pots and paints are also good colour bases.
or if you just need something for eyeshadow to stick too vaseline or concealer/liquid foundation will work but will not do the same job as an actually eyeshadow base :)
I hope this can help
