Mascara. And if you get good enough you can learn to smudge it around your eyes just like eyeliner...it works when you need to look like you're sick or have been crying (ie, trying to get sent home from school, because every detail is important). Def. mascara. i have short stubby lashes so i NEED mascara.
Eyeliner because i still can make your eyes pop and bright if you use the right eyeliner I only use clear mascara and it works just like the colored ones.
i use neither, but if, i'd prefer mascara:) (do you really have to dismiss one of them??)

Mascara all the way. I use a white, or light coloured shadow along the lashline instead of eyeliner.

Mascara, full lashes are sexier than lined eyes.
EYELINER EYELINER EYELINER because my eyelashes are long and dark - when i dont wear mascara people think i am, i like eyeliner it brightens the eyes, yep ive had my eyebrows waxed so it makes my eyes look bigger but i cant live without eyeliner!!!! =D

If you have light eyelashes instead of dark ones then just choose the mascara. if you have dark eyelashes and light eyes then choose the eyeliner. if you have dark eyes and dark eyelashes dont wear either. and if you have light eyes and light eyelashes then...you gotta go with both. lol.
Definitely mascara, a good one will serve to lengthen lashes and as an eyeliner of sorts.
mascara; eyeliner makes only some eyes stand out, but fuller %26amp; longer lashes are wayy sexier.
