well it is called EYEliner so u should put it on your Eye. and the best mascara is COVERGIRL because it gives you no clumped eyelashes, and on top of that is gives long smooth lashes. the best eye liner would be an expensive one because expensive ones work the best, and when you put it on make sure not to get it into your eye or it will hurt very badly.Wut mascara and eye liner is best?
Loreal Volume Shocking mascara and loreal linear liner is the best without going over priced. Um, you should be able to figure out how to put on eyeliner (oviously you line your eyes but keep the pencil or brush near the edge of the beginning of your eyelash line) and mascara, move the brush up!
1. Never pluck above the eyebrow. Bleach unruly upper hairs instead.





2. Brush the brows upward before plucking so that you have a clear idea of the lower eyebrow line.





3. Always pluck eyebrow hairs in the direction that the hair grows. This way is less painful and the hairs will regrow flat.





4. Tweeze one hair at a time, starting at the inside (near the nose) and working your way out.





5. Don't over pluck. Take one row of hairs off at a time and examine the eyebrows before deciding if another row needs to come off.

if you want long lashes, try unstoppable or define-a-lash by maybelline.





or, use fabulash by covergirl for an everyday look but still nice look.





to put it on, start at the base of your lashes and move up with a slight zig zag motion.... repeat until all lashes are covered.. don't ut on too much!





eyeliner: unstoppable by maybelline.


it's awesome because it's VERY easy to apply and looks great.

- Telescopic is great for the price and lengthens. (My fave)


- Lancome Defincils is the #1 Mascara for several years (in many style magazines) I have a small sample of it, it lenghthens, seperates,and never clumps.


- My good friend had a very expensive mascara from Chanel, it worked amazingly, but she wouldn't tell me what it's called - I'm pretty sure it was Chanel Inimitable though.


- Also Lancome Hypnose I've heard amazing things about, basically all Lancome mascaras are great!


- I've heard you get the closest to the false eyelash look with Fiberwig.

Tip: I wouldn't try the covergirl %26amp; maybelline - If you really want to see what works best for you, go to sephora and try them on, splurging a little on mascara for some brands is totally worth it. Its really hard for me to find a good mascara from a drug store - but I'm happy with Telescopic.





I'm half asain, and have rather short, thin lashes. I look mostly for lengthening mascara (cause all mascara gives you volume) and then when I find one that works really well (great length and little clumps - i comb clumps out, if there are any.) -- I buy it and use a eyelash curler to make them pop!





- A tip to get more volume, focus on applying mascara to the base of the eyelashes.








Eyeliner:


- Covergirl Perfect Point Plus in Noir/Black or L'oreal Paris Le Kohl Penicil in Carbon Black ;; You can try olives and navys and plums depending on your eyecolor. olives for green and hazels, navys for blues and browns, and plums for brown and maybe hazel.





To make Eyes look Bigger:


1. Get a lengthening mascara like Telescopic or Defincils and apply it to the top %26amp; bottom eyelashes.


2. Curl your eyelashes before applying the mascara, and maybe after they are dried up.


3. Keep your eyebrows tweezed and shaped (doesn't mean pluck them till there gone) but bushy brows will make eyes appear smaller.


4. Add highlighter around the browbones.


5. Don't outline your whole eye, stick to the inner or outer corner and go about 1/3 inwards for the bottom.


6. Use neutral/light shades of eyeshadow.


7. White eyeliner can really help make eyes POP!


8. Use undereye concealor if you have circles.


9. Focus the eyeliner on the top, even smudge a little to make them appear more bold.

MAC eyeliner is best. and for mascara i would use MAC too. but if your looking for a cheaper option sephora has really good eyeliner. and i would get almay mascara.
although i wouldn't normally pay 20 bucks for eyeliner... my favorite is lancome kohl black. it lasts forever and comes on very smooth. it doesn't smudge either. as for mascara i like loreal volume shocking or loreal lash out.
