i got blue eyes and i wear it!! totally, i mean, if your going for a really heavy look, i would go with all black, but for more natural looking makeup, brown eyeliner and black mascara is fine. but if you want to make your eyes really pop, try brownish-black mascara. brown is the color for blue-eyed girls.

yeah i do (brown eyes) and i just took heavier mascara on the bottom lashes cause mine looked stupid
Yes. I would recommend doing a darker shade of brown as well as brown eye shadow.
